INTERMITTENT  CCTV ON AND OFF SOLVED

Believe it or not.... CCTV wires installed across an ventilation exhaust fan or a kitechen exhaust hood outlet will cause you such problem. It could be due to the fan motor that is causing interference.  I experience this twice within my 5 years of maintaiing a CCTV linked to a computer systems.
