Teknologi Internet termaktub kepada beberapa protocol yang perlu dipatuhi untuk menjayakan komunikasi. Protocol berkenaan iaitu IPv4 memperuntukkan address yang unik untuk setiap peralatan berkaitan Internet. Ia telah diguna pakai sejak tahun 1981 dan terhad kepada peruntukkan maksimum address tidak melebihi 4 billion. Diwaktu ia diperkenalkan akses Internet terhad hanya kepada komputer sahaja. Kini setiap pengguna mempunyai talifon, tablet, notebook, IPTV, komputer dekstop, Personal Cloud Storage dan IP camera untuk tujuan berkenaan dan IPv4 adalah terhad dari segi kemampuan penggunaan address dan dari segi sokongan teknologi tahun 1981. Teknologi IPv6 menyediakan pelbagai sokongan untuk merungkai teknologi baru yang akan membawa penggunaan Internet masuk kepada ERA baru..... a paradigm shift. Setiap alat yang berada didalam rumahm di pejabat, pusat membeli belah dan dimana sahaja kita berada, setiap hardware akan diperuntukkan address IPv6 dari sekecil-kecil lampu mentol, kunci kereta,  penghawa dingin, kereta, bus, malahan peti sejuk hinggalah sebesar bangunan.... everything will be connected to the Internet.... everyhting

1. Some ISP in Malaysia is beginning to lease out private IP address (10.X.X.X) to its Internet subscribers in Malaysia causing failure to DDNS devices. This is NAT on top of NAT and its freekin crazy. Each NAT in IPv4 is a bottle neck. Double NAT= Double the bottleneck. ISP is in urgent need to open up IPv6 static public IP at a cost of rm5 a year because this is what IPv6 is intended for. Check your WAN IP address today..
2. The progress of the entire country will limited to the level of intelligent the leadership of the country. Lets pray that our country is lead by an inteligent knowledge hunger person.
